We are currently based online only and do not have a physical store.

5. Do you accept returns on sale items?

All purchases on sale items are considered final and may not be returned or exchanged. In the unlikely event that the item is inherently faulty, you may return it to us to be assessed. If the item is found to be faulty you will be eligible for a refund. Please see our full returns policy.

6. I like a dress, do you have any more pictures of it? Perhaps in different colors?

If you contact us directly, we can look for it, we have more detail pictures.

7.When will I receive my items after I place an order?

After we dispatching your order, we will send you an email with a tracking No., you can check your order with the number on courier’s website. Also when you make an order, you can get the estimate information for delivery time.

8. I’m unsure about sizing?

Most of the time, the right size for you will simply be your regular size that you’d ordinarily purchase. We provide sizing charts on our product pages that you’ll find helpful. 9. Can I have a gown made to my measurement?

Of course yes, as custom-made is our first concern. We can make the dress in your own size. You may send us your special measurements according to our size guide or write them at the "NOTE".

10. Can I change the size and color for my dresses after payment?

We can change the size and color for you but you may need to contact us within 12 hours after you complete the payment. If under tailoring, you can't change any more.
